They ripped me off. They never said in the listing that you had to stay in the hotel of thier choice. The auction was pulled the next day by ebay but they refused to send back my money. I have filed with the BBB in Birmingham and I am filing with the Attorney General of Alabama Troy King. His address is 11 South Union Street, Montgomery AL 36130 phone 334-242-7334. If everyone will file with them they might take a look at what is going on. Because they did the business thru the US mail I thnk this could be mail fraud and that is a felony.

I am a victim of this company on the selling end. They got my information from a job site where my resume was posted. They preyed on my vulnerability and desperation and persuaded me to employ myself with them on a commission basis. I set up a Paypal account and Ebay account. They claimed they would be using this information to sell airline tickets, when in fact, they were selling DVDs as well. They kept the money and now the Ebay customers are filing claims against me and I can't get the money back from the Amazing Travel/Let's Travel people.

I am taking legal action and am interested in getting in touch with ANYONE who became a seller for these people. We would be much stronger as a group!

I am a former "employee" of this company and I got out of there as soon as I figured out what they were doing, but not before they took me for about $1200. On the chance of incriminating myself- this is how they work: They put an ad in the local paper advertising for a "quick way to make money" They ask you to set up an ebay account and a paypal account. This is how they are able to change the user id's and what not so often.

The account has to be in your own personal name. They say they will pay all ebay fees (which they did not- ebay send me a bill saying I owe then $400+). They then use the paypal accoutns to get the money- all I had to do was send them the money in my paypal accoutn along witha list of buyers names.

They were to send the vouchers out to the buyers. Well, when a buyer disputes a charge with paypal, Paypal takes the money back from me. I have also tried to close the paypal account to prevent them from using it anymore, but Paypal does not allow an account witha negative balance (mine is $800+ because of Amazing Travel Deals) Paypal is refunding credit card users, but Amazing Travel Deals is keeping the $$ and hagnin me out to dry.

They have figured out a way to get around the system it seems. I am filing my out lawsuit against them. The buyers are not the only victims in this case.

Shame in me for trying to make a quick busck. By the way- the % that I was paid I used to make refunds to some of the buyers myself because I felt bad for waht the company was doing to them. So I am left with nothing and Paypal coming after me for all this money they refunded. IS there anything else to do about these people????
