Amazon added my credit card info to 3 other accounts with different names.  I was tried for payments on 2 of my cards for a few dollars and my bank caught it.  I called and was told that there were 3 accounts and that one was fraudulant.  The manager came on and said that there was no fraud .  I was given only first names and basically they made it out that I had to prove that the person who charged the product was not known by me.

The manager then came on to tell me how diligent they were with security.  I asked then how my 16 digit credit card and 3 digit CVV code and 4 digit expiration could so easily be added to fraudaluant accounts.  I was told that they were not fraudulant and the other rep should not have told me that.  I said what the truth?

Next day another card with the same fishing issue this time a $1  I cancelled with my bank but amazon sent me to talk to a person in another country  Costa Rica who immediately told me that it was not fraud and that they would take care of it.  I was placed on a very long hold.  Still waiting...

I was then passed to a completely useless guy named Tony who said he could see nothing.  Tried to say it was just an authorization charge.

I think Amazons globaliztion is inviting corruption into the system.  They were unwilling to tell me that they would follow up and basically told me that what is a crime against me was none of my business and that they would handle it.

Amazon is becoming the global way to commit crime and they seem to be okay with that.  After years of being a Prime member I am deeply dissapointed in the fact that our investment is going to other coutries.  And that basically Amazon does not give a crap about prosecuting anyone that is ripping us off.  They are Global, they have the ability

Amazon is becoming home for all sorts of fraudulant activity and they seem to be supporting it.
