Hello I am Alan,
Amazon is a rip I know first hand I also fell into their scam...They charged me big money for visit and treatment.gave me marked up medication! (i Looked up the real price of meds online)...The meds did not work along with the "lazer Treatment"...So hey decided to guinea pig my pet another route and charged more for the new treatment..Uh excuse me for asking ...But if I paid a mechanic to fix a problem with my car and got the vehicle back and it" Didn't respond to the repair" it should be fixed properly without having to pay twice.. thats what amazon did recharged big money for the "New" treatment when it should have been corrected under first payment ...Do not go to Amazon they are heartless people. and anyone can rebut and type "fake" good comments.... I notice that people state that Juan Carvajal Threatens people.. And also noticed he wants an attorney for the other guys complaint...Juan Carvajal doesn't want me to come down there with some 1%er bikers does he? people its obvious stay clear of this establishment...!!

THE REAL JUAN CARVAJAL HERE.....
I woke up this morning feeling great and ready to go to work and then I see an email from one of my IT personelle telling me there is someone pretending to be me, Juan Carvajal, and posting lies online on Ripoffreport.com
I have never felt so violated in all my life!!
To the person who is doing this, all I can say is may God forgive you, as you must have a lot of hate in your heart to be doing this to me and our establishment that has been helping animals and people for almost 30 years without any problems like the ones you describe.
I would never do or say ANY of the things above simply because they are just flat out lies printed by a hurtful individual with a vendetta against our establishment.
We have researched all these claims against Amazon Animal Hospital, they are ALL being done by the same hurtfull/hatefull individual. Most likely an disgruntled Ex employee we fired or quite possibly a client who is bitter about a legitimate charge. Either way this is not right.
Every case we have had this year where we used our "K-Laser" as primary or secondary treatment and nobody by the name of "Allen" has come up, the first red flag, the person is using an allias to hide behind, since he was so good at using my whole name on the above report and also used my name in his "response below pretending to be me".....UNREAL.
If this person had just been honest and told us his real name we may have been able to help them.
Why they are doing this, we have NO idea....this person(s) who claims to be JUAN CARVAJAL/ME and make false, hurtfull and incredibly false accusations and statements like the one above and thinks I have to sit here and take it??
Well guess what Ripoffreport.com is letting them get away with this......had Ripoffreport.com validified or verified his status as an actual "Employee of Amazon Animal Hospital" somehow by calling a phone number or verifying my email they would realize that this person is hell bent on hurting our company.
Someone from Ripoffreport.com should see what is happening here and put a stop to it immediately.
This is not right.

Has been in business for years..and we take pride in our work.. Im under a tremendous amount of stress but the truth is folks and I should probably not be saying this is.. Most of the complaints are in fact true. But we have to make a living is that so bad everyone..I have a serious drug and alcohol problem that I am seeking help for..I am not a bad person..I have just made some mistakes..I am just doing what My Father the owner asks so i can continue to remain manager..if he sees my true feelings i will be let go I am sorry.. I really do love animals!
