Complaint Review: Amazon Audible

Amazon Audible Have been charging me for the past year for a service b/c they upgraded me to a good membership Internet

I noticed the first charge on my card in the month of June so I logged into Amazon and cancelled the app. Then this month I got another charge so when I called the number they said it was b/c I checked out a book a year ago and now I have been upgrades to the gold membership.

They did refund my money for this month but they have been charged 15 every month for the past year.
