amazon.com is the most horrible company to deal with my seller account was suspended for no reason i spent 5 hours on the phone with them everytime the transfered me to another person it was the same bullshit i was told they dont know why it was suspended and was told they cant tell me why and wont help me get it open again i called there headquaters also same store I then emailed there ceo and instead of emailing me back he had one of his seller support guys to email me a response saying we cant give you any information and if you email us back we will ignore the email.what kind of backwords a*s people are running amazon.in one of my calls to seller customer service i ask to get contact info for there legal dept what a surprise i was told that they cant give out that info. its at the point where I think the only way to get them to do anything is bring them to court
