Amazon.com refused to credit charges made by Amazon.com back to my Credit Card that they acknowleged were fraudulent!  They passed the buck told me to "Talk to the Bank" whereas 5 other online companies such as Cabelas, Bass Pro Shop. Overstock, Lands End, Zappos, and Macy's immediately and voluntarily removed and/or credited all charges involved.  Jeff Bezos should be extremely upset with his CS Department for such an action for a Worldwide Company he established based on excellent Customer Service.  I hope he will clean house in Amazon's Customer Service Department and get the Company back on track and known for excellent Customer Service.
