I bought a musical instrument website off of ebay from Premium Websites and listed them to sell on amazon.com.  From the beginning, I asked who does the shipping.  Premium Websites told me all I had to do was list the guitars and such on amazon and amazon would do the shipping.  These two companies teamed up to have amazon do the shipping off the website so it made sense that amazon would do the shipping off their own site.  Not so.  I ended up getting frustrating emails from the buyers saying that they hadn't yet received their packages.  Amazon kept insisting that I was the one to do it, but Premium said that amazon would do it.  I didn't stock anything at home.  Premium said I didn't have to.  A lot of angry back and forth emails from me to amazon were sent about their shipping.  They supposedly tried to resolve the shipping problem but never did.  I kept asking what was I doing wrong.  They never said anything except that I was the one supposed to ship.  Premium kept saying that it should have been amazon shipping.  Finally, I got so mad I ended associations with both of these awful companies and reported them to the better business bureau.  When they saw that I was getting angry, Premium tried to tell me that they had found the problem.  Supposedly, something was wrong with my ID or password.  This should not have affected shipping.  In the end, 23 customers were refunded their money by me.  Amazon took their money, told me to ship within 2 days, yet never bothered to ask me where the customers' packages were.  I believe these two companies are in a scam together and probably never even had any inventory on the website either.  I don't trust these two and don't want to associate with them any more.

I am the owner of Premium Websites, LLC and would like to mention that this report has nothing to do with my company.  I have never partnered with Amazon, never sold websties through Ebay.  When someone buys a website from me I am the one that provides the entire website build process - from sales to compleation.
