amazon.com Ripped Me Off, they do not honor their A-Z "GUARANTEE" Internet

I purchased a Lapt-Top computer from an Amazon Seller called BEST HI-TECH.  Exactly 90 days and 2 weeks later this supposedly "NEW" HP Laptop Totally dies, no warning, no power ligts, nothing, I lost EVERYTHING.  I started by calling Amazon, where I purchased it from and they said I had to contact the actual seller which was BEST HI-TECH, so I did and they said 90 days was their cut off date for a refund or a replacement. 

My computer was 90 days and 2 weeks.  So Amazon told me 3 different times (From what I could understand from the non Enlish speaking representatives, they ALL stated "We will contact the seller for you and when you receive a respone, IF they wont help you Dont worry, we will take care of you" LIE

After 4 communications with Amazon, 4 Communications with the Seller and 1 filed A-Z Guarantee and then 2 appeals for the A-Z claim, I am still withoout a refund, or anything, and the A-Z Guarantee states "They will guarantee ANY purchase made throguh one of their sellers with a refund. Her I am with 2 Internet businesses and no computer, because nether the seller nor Amazon will old up their end of the deal that was $300.00.
