Complaint Review: Amazon.com - ToysRUs

Don't but from amazon.com - Toysrus! I recently placed an order with Toysrus which automaticly goes through amazon.com. Amazon.com shipped and billed be for two identical orders. The total of my order was suppose to be $107.28. But because I was shipped and billed for two orders I was charged $214.54.

I immediately contacted amazon.com and explained their mistake. They refunded the SHIPPING and only the shipping on the second package and suggested that I try to sell the extra items on the internet. Not an option. It was their mistake they should have to deal with it, not me.

I shipped the items back, all in the original box and in the original condition. They would only refund $47.79 outo of the 107.28. Why you ask? I was informed that $10.08 was deducted for using their return shipping label. It was their screw up why should I pay to ship it back? As for the other $49.41 the woman told me that they had not yet recieved the other items???
They where all shipped in the same box! If they got one item back they got them all back. What a rip.

I will never use amazon.com again. Now I'm out almost $50.00 and they have the merchandise back. Now, how excactly is that fair? Dont let amazon.com rip you off too. Avoid them at all cost or it will cost you.
