The Internet Dictionary, I found, explains this:

"In law, defamation (also called vilification, slander, and libel) is the communication of a statement that makes a false claim, expressively stated or implied to be factual, that may give an individual, business, product, group, government or nation a negative image. Slander refers to a malicious, false, and defamatory statement or report, while libel refers to any other form of communication such as written words or images. Most jurisdictions allow legal actions, civil and/or criminal, to deter various kinds of defamation and retaliate against groundless criticism. Related to defamation is public disclosure of private facts which arises where one person reveals information which is not of public concern, and the release of which would offend a reasonable person."

As a result of what Amazon did to me I made sure I closed my account with them, I could think of nothing else, I think I can no longer access information about my account now, yet I took pictures of my account for tax purposes, because:

I tried to  sell a Sony DVD / VCR Recorder / Player that was new and rarely used, mother said to sell it, I looked to see how much it cost, I decided on a low price, I then created as realistic of an ad as I could, I created much detail about it, yet some one emailed me about it, the answer was written in my ad, yet asked, it came from amazon, therefore I answered it, was this a set-up, get me to answer then blame me for answering the email, blame for selling outside Amazon, I found it did not completely work as good as new, therefore I refused to sell it, they sent me an email telling me, I can no longer sell at amazon, because they wrote and presumed I sold it outside Amazon, its collecting dust where it was to begin with.

Hello lawyers out there, I have the evidence, the pictures of my account, if I check I may have the email they sent me, I still have the Sony DVD / VCR Recorder / Player to prove it.
