Attempted to sell us an RV Motor Home via email correspondance from Elizabeth A Roberts elizabeth8568@msn.com.  Suggested we purchase through AmazonPayments since she already had a deal with them

Sent us photographs of vehicle, which they claimed was being held in an Amazon warehouse, in Maine, pending the sale.  Amazon would hold the payment until we inspected the vehile and the sale was authorized by us.

When we contacted Amazon Payments we were told they do not sell vehicles, nor do they warehouse them and perhaps we were being scammed. I ran the VIN # and the vehicle is at a dealership in AZ!  I called the dealership in AZ and they do in fact have this RV and was not surprised of the scam we were involved in.

When we contacted Elizabeth again to tell her we ran the VIN and found the vehicle to be in AZ, she replied that her dad lives there and that is why it's registered there. (No mention that it IS in AZ!)

I received a phone call this morning from Julie Megitt, claiming she was with Amazon Payments and her contact number was 888-339-5818.  The caller ID showed the name as Soledad Gammon and the phone number of 205-304-1600.  Both numbers answer as AmazonPayments but I don't believe that's the real AmazonPayments.
