Amazon made the mistake of charging $107.67 onto a corporate CC for Amazon Prime on March 2018. Come to find out they charged $106.66 on March 2017 for Prime on my Amex card.  2 amazon reps lied during my first query and said that the 2017 charges were refunded. No refund occured. To make a long story short, I got Amazon to admit guilt and they refunded both 2017 and 2018 in full. 

The way to tell if you have been slammed: When you buy something the "Free 5-7 business day shipping" will be one of your choices. if you see this you have been slammed.

Consider this: At $107.67 x 244 million customers, a single years billing will come to 26.272 Billion Dollars! Thats lots of incentive for Amazon to commit fraud. This BS is happening across the board at all recurring billing websites so check your statements.
