Do NOT talk to Amazon.com any more it is useless, call you credit card bank and tell them that you attempted to return damaged merchandise and they refused to accept the returned item. Your bank will give you your money back and any fees regarding this order. It is NOT in the hands of Amazon.com to do the right thing it is in your banks hands, Visa and Master Card rules will make them do the right thing by you.

I have had a problem with Amazon.com charging my account for order NOT even recieved. I went to the bank and got my money back, even with Amazon.com refusing to give my money back.
