 They were having trouble with their app. I called Amazon to order my items but they chose after I pushed my Amazon store card button for purchases as it is the leading card for Amazon store card purchases. They charged my Amazon chase rewards card for items I did not allow them to nor push that card I had it removed because Everytime I would push Amazon store card it would go to the rewards card after 6 and 8 times of making sure the Amazon store card was the primary card for purchases They would still try to charge the rewards card and did without my consent. I would not purchase items on a rewards card for Amazon products. They took my rewards money not niece but twice. Somehow they charged my rewards card taking my rewards and making my rewards card go way over the limit. Both the bank and the credit card company said they can reverse the charge to the Amazon store card refund my rewards card and charge the correct card I used in the first place. Amazon refuses to do so with a bank representative on the line listening to the entire conversation. They defrauded me causing me to go over the limit and stress beyond my control. This is terrible because all they wanted is my rewards money and cause this over the limit charge so I will forever be in debt with them. I hope someone helps they admitted they were having trouble with their app as the conversation was recorded. Someone please help me.
