Amazon Warehouse Deals "Like New" is a scam Internet
For the second time I have purchased a kitchen appliance from Amazon Warehouse Deals that was advertised as "like new" and had to return the item.
I received a Black & Decker Dual Brew Coffeemaker from Warehouse Deals today that had no instruction manual and no single serve coffee mug carafe. Previously, I had ordered a George Foreman countertop grill. The item was cracked in 3 places. I could lift the pieces out.
According to Amazon's description of their "warehouse deals" a like-new item has a damaged package, but the contents is in perfect condition. This is false advertising. I had to go through the trouble of dealing with their "outsource" (just try to understand them!) customer service reps on the phone, print a return label, lug the packages to United Parcel and do without the items I needed in my kitchen. Never again will I purchase from Warehouse Deals.
