Complaint Review: Amazon

Amazon Locked my account because of an unauthorized charge to my mother's card. She uses it for purchases on my acct. I emailed at least 5 or 6 times and also called several times. They keep sending me emails stating an account specialist will get back to me. Nothi g happened.

Locked my account because of an unauthorized charge to my mother's card. She uses it for purchases on my acct. I emailed at least 5 or 6 times and also called several times. They keep sending me emails stating an account specialist will get back to me. Nothing happened. I waited over a week and contacted BBB. They responded telling me to call account change dept. and it will be reopened.

I did that on February 3rd. I was told their "back office" has to remove the hold. I was assured someone would contact me within 24 to 48 hrs. That was 5 days ago so i let BBB know i rejected their response. RmThis was yesterday the 7th. I have a $79 credit and want to shop. They also told me i would get $60 for opening a store card. It seemed to "disappear." What i would like is to reopen acct and give me the sixty that i was promised. Their customer serviceis horrible. Hopefully you can help. Thank you..
