AMAZON third party item never received - yet they promised full refund in 1 week NOT DONE ???
Amazon z- to z gurantee etc promised refund in 1 week it has been1 week nothing refunded!? They are protecting third party seller which is ILLEGAL - they lost that lawsuit and were toldf it is a violation of law to do this FIX IT REFUND ME NOW
