Complaint Review: Amazon/Audible

Amazon/Audible They deleted 50% of audiobooks (around 30 books) from my account, and refused to do anything about it. Newark NJ

I have bought Audible books for several years since 2003. Amazon bought Audible several years ago. A few years ago Audible/Amazon deleted 26 books from my account. I complained about it, and there restored them. By the last week of May 2021, I found myself unable to listen to my audiobooks since Itunes did not recognize them. I also noticed those 26 audiobooks were missing from my account.

I immediately contacted Audible, reported these issues, stayed in a live chat for 2 hours, and no support was provided. I made other attempts via chat, but no support received and nobody contacted me.

Today, I decided to make a last attempt and directly contacted Amazon/Audible, had three chats and one phone call. They refused to provide any support and they hang up the phone call.
