Consumers be aware of Ambar Motors, below is my story on the nightmare I'm encountering with them now. My advice to all people who purchased a vehicle from them and have been scam by them in one way or another report them to the www.slhsmv.gov and The Better Business Bureau so that they can get investigated and stop scamming consumers.

For those people who are planning to purchase a vehicle from Ambar Motors, I highly recommend you to go somewhere else. When you are there they treat with profesionalism and great customer service but once you purchased the vehicle and something is wrong with the vehicle or have questions regarding the sale transaction you have to constantly call them, they won't return your phone call and they give you the runaround of what you're inquiring just to get you off the phone.

I purchased a vehicle from them three weeks ago. The next day I went back to them because I was missing a piece that goes on the door handle and the side mirrors were not working. They promised they will replaced the piece I was missing and to come back later in the week because the mechanic was not there at the time. I went back two days later and waited for about an hour for the mechanic to show up. The mechanic was able to fix the problem with the side mirrors, now I'm still waiting for them to order the piece I'm missing on the door handle. Everytime I called the salesman which is almost every two days, when he picks up he keeps giving me the same story that the person who will be ordering is not there or he's in another city puchasing cars for the dealer and to call back that they will be ordering it.

Another big issue I have which can potentially be a legal issue in which I consulted my lawyer is the fact that I haven't receive the sales transaction paperwork for the purchased. I was told when I purchased the vehicle that I was going to receive all the paperwork via mail. I received a letter from the bank this week stating the amount I owed them ($17,000) but what Ambar Motors verbally told me was about $36,000. I can't verify the right amount because it's 3 weeks later and I haven't receive any sale transaction paperwork from them. After calling the salesman and dealer for several days and many times, the salesman finally picked up and told me to call back on this Monday because the finance lady was not there at the moment and she will be able to give me a copy. Salesman statement was "I thought we gave you the paperwork here when you purchased the vehicle" my response to him was you told me that I was going to get them by mail.

THEY ARE LIARS, THIEVES, CON ARTISTS...
