Per their website, this company promises to send a color poster out within a 50-100 mile radius to:

"local Veterinarians, Animal Shelters, Groomers, Animal Control, Police Stations, Media Outlets, Pet Stores and Neighborhood Watch Volunteers within a 15 to 100 mile radius of where your pet was last seen. Amber Alert Posters are sent via express mail, fax and email depending on the recipient. Recipients are then encouraged to photocopy the posters and to post up at least 10 copies around the local vicinity."

The site also promises that a list of recipients will be provided upon request.  However, they have failed to provide that list after multiple requests.  Unfortunately, most people do not bother to verify that the posters are sent out.  I did.  NO posters were ever sent.  Multiple phone calls were met with promises to "personally" guarantee that they would be delivered.  Follow up calls were made to which they verified that they had indeed been sent out.  They never were and this was a flat lie.

Promises were made for a free upgrade for their "mistake".  Neither the original order, nor the upgrade ever happened.  After a month of hassle, my money was refunded.  But this does not make up for the fact that no notifications were ever sent.  My pets are still lost and most likely were put to death by a shelter who did not know they were lost. Per their own website, quick action is critical to finding your pet. To this date, they still refuse to send me a list of recipients.

This company has been reported to the Better Business Bureau and legal action is being made.  I urge everyone who has had similar experiences to do the same.  Do NOT let this slide by with a refund.  Other pets are being put in danger due to this company.  Do not use them and help put a stop to this abuse of people's trust.
