I worked for ambient Planet in Houston, TX in August 2010. We promoted TGIFriday's restaurants and were promised through signed contract that we would be paid within 4 weeks. Nine months later, I have not been paid for my services. Their phone is disconnected and their email addresses no longer exist. I am guessing they went out of business in which case I wish I had been notified rather than ignored and left unpaid. DO NOT work for this poromotional company!!!

This company no longer operating. I too have contacted and emailed them with no results.
My brand ambassador filed a lawsuit in small claims court and ultimately got what he rightfully earned. MY suggestion would be to do the same. Since the company is a subsidiary of a larger company (Media Initiatives Group) in London, I would recommend consulting the advise of a lawyer on the proper steps to do so.
