Ambient Technologies does not stand beside there 5 year warranties. I purchased an $800 propane log set two years ago. We began to have troubles with it the first year and made it through one heating season. The second year the remote control receiver went out, after contacting Ambient technologies we were told they no longer make our particular part and essentially own an $800 dollar paper weight. The 5 year warranty is useless!
