This company obviously has a history of being scam artists. I had no idea! They call you saying they are confirming your order that you made with one of their sales reps. the day before (which no one in my company ever spoke to) and they ask you to confirm your address and name and you say, yeah, ok, yes a few times and little do you know now they are sending your company to collection for $400!!! Because you didn't pay for some CD-Rom that you never received! I don't think so Ambus!

Sorry, forgot to add, the orginal partners in Ambus registry, Ranjeet Sanga, Garther, Andrea Kavarega(again, may have spelt last name wrong) and the infamous Raja Chana, are the orginal partners of the company, plus some a*s named Kevin who was trying to get into Andrea .K's pants (aka Raja's fiance) You would be surprised guys! Andrea is a drop dead hottie! no question, and Raja is just a big fat East Indian with a turbie twist, what an odd couple.

I cannot believe these are a bunch of old aquaintences trying to sound all professional and important. Raj Chana worked for Iternational Business Index, National Info-tech Centre, under the infamous John Nguyen. At both of the above noted companies, the exact same scam, absolutely identical was being performed. John Nguyen got this rip-off idea from his older (and more of an a*s) brother Ty Nguyen who operated IBD-Internation Business Directory out of Montreal. Raj Chana, Andrea Kavaraga (may have spelt that wrong), garther, Kurtis Theissen, and a few others stol John Nguyen's (National Info-tech Centre)directory, copied it, and sold as his (raj, ambus registry)own. Now the interesting legality is that a phone book is public information and cannot be copyrighted, so that part of the scam was and is legal. The funniest thing, is John Nguyen actualy tried to sue Raj and his fiance ANDREA KAVARAGA (same girl from the previous responces on this website) for stealing this rip off idea which they call an "Assumptive Sale", yeah right, telling someone they ordered something they hadn't! hahaha. Anyawys, Raj and Andrea stole this from john because they were not getting a big enough $$ cut at NIC for their efforts, so they opened a closet operation here in Winnipeg on Garry street and moved it to Calgary in hopes of Riches, even though they will forever be Karma Poor. I find this extremely interesting and am sooo happy this turncoat people are finally...finally going down. They were aweful people to have as freinds, and apparently even worse business people. Oh yea, Ambus Registry's only address is in Calgary, all of the American Address are just post office boxes. I know when I worked for them on Garry Street (or did I, I will keep you guessing!hahaha) Extremely upset clients have actually drove and flown to these american adresses to no adue. Aswell the problem is not with the poor people that get duped, it is because of the d**n FTC. I am glad I am a Canadian and do not have to put up with FTC telemarketing sales rule 310.3 subsection 2B (I may be off on the subsection, but definately 310.3) where it states that any sales confirmation on tape, which is legally verifyable by both parties is deemed legal. All you people who have been duped, I urge you to call and lobby the FTC about this specific rule in which National Info-tech Centre, Ambus Registry, International Business Index, and International Business Directory all use as their "Legal defence" in all serious Collections Calls. Oh yea, by the way, they can't affect your credit Rating, they are full of it. DO NOT PAY AMBUS INVOICES. By the way I know my old friend RAJA will be reading this, so for him, I bid an old friend, new enemy, adue! I will periodically check up on this website, any questions, any additional info or even comments to this is definately appreciated. EAT IT RAJ!

I'm glad you enjoy prostituting yourself, Hose, but it's still a SCAM!

I guess we should take the word of corporate whores like you Hose instead of trusting the veracity of the numerous hard-working individuals who have been scammed by SCAMBUS and reported it here! Perhaps you were being quailed while servicing your corporate masters and you couldn't read the complaints on this site! This isn't about misreading a purchase order, it's about deception pure and simple. Again, SCAMBUS would rather send their potty-mouth shills in here to do their dirty work tahn perform on the up-and-up. Ready for your reward, Hosehead? It's called FRAUD HAMMERTIME and you get a SUPER-SIZE in honor of your day job at Wendy's: POW!

For your information, Fraud Hammer, I am one of the individuals that deals with Ambus on a bi-yearly basis. Ambus has always been clear and definative with their sales. Like Andrea said, I always receive two calls every two years. One call to see if I still want their CD-ROM (which by the way is one of the most outstanding business-to-business products that I've ever used) and the second, of course, is to update my business information so that my customers are not misguided with false company information.

Honestly, if you didn't want the product, but received it anyway, it's your own fault for not taking care of something as simple as a purchase order. Again I ask, Fraud Hammer, how much crack have you been smoking lately? Moron....

Andrea, is it part of your job description at Scambus to shill and lie for your corporate masters? I hope the position of Corporate w***e looks good on your resume!

Rather than operate on the up-and-up to make an honest buck, your sleazy company would rather cheat and steal from hard-working citizens, then hire people with no morals such as you to help cover their tracks. Guess what, Scambus: IT'S NOT WORKING!

Andrea, stop being the company teabag s**t and get yourself an honest job.

Please keep in mind that we have a two-call process for all sales here at Ambus Registry Inc. The first call is always to inform the potential client of how being on our Registry benefits the company and how our CD-Rom is a beneficial marketing tool. We have incorporated this practice to ensure that our clients understand what is being ordered, its price, and when the invoice and / or product will be received. We do this in such a way that it cannot be misinterpreted.

When our Verification Department calls back we make it very clear that we are calling to confirm on an order and we actually avoid the word address and only say listing information to ensure that there is no miscommunication. In this call we refer to their Sales Representative to verify a valid order took place. What boggles me is why would someone confirm they had spoken with someone if they had not?

This call is also recorded with the clients knowledge to ensure there are no errors on our end. The client is then provided with a 30-day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, where if they are not satisfied they may return our product for a full refund.

As for the comment "Because you didn't pay for some CD-Rom that you never received"
All of our products are shipped via FedEx to ensure there is no loss or damage... If this individual would like proof of delivery please ask them to contact myself directly.
