Hired web developers from Elance.com - did not abide by Elance rules, and hired us on the side ( This has been reported to Elance.com recently.
Do not do business with this guy or this company they will not pay you in the end, and they will come up with every excuse not to pay you, this is the reason why he does not want to do business on Elance, because he knows he cannot get away with ripping off people on Elance, So he will tell you he hates Elance.com and say that he will only do the business off Elance.com
These prople are crooks, they are known to be crooks and have been reported to steal money, goods, and people time and money they owe,

After doing a search in Tampa through the courts, this company has been in trouble for a while now, they have been repossesed of equipment, they have all kinds of judgements on them,
Again do not develop or do anything for websites, IT work, or anything for these people, they have been reported here. They have been now reported to Elance, BBB, and soon to other agencies.
He is at it again on Elance, and the new ad has been submitted as well to Elance.com

As you see Ray claims in another email, that the site is working properly. including the pinch and zoom, posted previously images of the site working on all major browsers.

I will start off by last rebuttal statements,
Never employed anyone under 18 to work for you, well aftert reading facts of this case either attorneys filed a wrongful case, or the web is lying.(http://dockets.justia.com/docket/florida/flmdce/8:2013cv01206/284150>
Secondly, Could you provide a case number of your lawsuit against this web developer ( or a copy of such actions).
3. Do you have any proof that anyone did what they did to your website as you claim, and who did it?
4. The web developer has emails that you where very satisfied about the website, and it did work, in all browsers, and on mobile phone, and we will post proof of that as well,
5..developer demanded payment and emails where exchanged where you did not want to pay, but after promised to pay the dues amount after fixes where resolved, whuch where done, and then after you retracted. We can post here those emails. So even after promising payment you sent a email stating ) no sale and you will not pay). Did you not, or shall this be posted.
6. The developer hired someone to fix a certain piece of code you demand and you where alerted to and agreed upon by email, if a sub contracter has done any damages to a cleint, the contractor has no liability for sub contractors actions.
7. You made no ttempt to resolve any dispute, and just clearly said, i will not pay, which would lead anyone to beleive that you never intended to pay anyone at anytime what they rightfully deserve.
8. Please provide information here on any lawsuit you claim was filed here , a copy of any filings?
None of your claims can be proven, partial emails of what was said and done, is not substantial in this rebuttal, we have a pdf from day one of all emails and communications between you and the developer, and what transpired and said which we will gladly post for all to see.
