Complaint Review: Harlan w. Hall

I was simply following.. best deals... search.. came up with the following

I wnt through all their procedures.. Mailed them a check for 540
dollars.. It cleared 12th of last month.. Since then.. runaround..
latest.. today being.. all their computers went down...Please someone check this out and advise me..
