Complaint Review: Ameci's Pizza and Pasta

I ordered online and paid the delivery man in cash. the next day they still have a hold on my card. I call them up and ask to speak to the owner. A woman comes on and I explain. She says she will ask ask the driver when he comes in at 4 p.m. Then she says she does not know the driver because he does not work for her.

She says she can do nothing for me. I send a text to the driver who had texted me for the delivery and he never answers. I email corporate HQ and they tell me to call and ask for Barry who will return my money. I call and Barry says he will talk to the driver and I never hear from them again. That is it for me.

They already delivered a raw chicken wing one time before. I wil order from someone with higher standards.
