12/4 I ordered 2 Cotton quilts from Amelia Cotton Quilt it was described as being handmade with 5 day production and 4 days of transit from Oregon to my zip code. Wonderful I had a last minute gift for the Holidays Around the 20 of December I started emailing the company and kept getting canned responses It also changed from Amelia to Joyce Qulits to Emma’s cotton quilts.

The phone number didn’t work Over the course of several days the email addresses went to Ecrafta several different names same canned responses Jan 10 I got an email for PayPal my quilts were shipping, my tracking number showed they were shipped 1/5 and should take 8 days .. still nothing I Contacted Ecrafta and got canned messages that once it’s gone to shipper it’s out of their hands.

Then still no Updated track on DHL global mail the DHL website didn’t even show after a couple of days that they even had my tracking number! I cantacted PayPal started dispute and have escalated the dispute. I ordered a quilt this summer from a different company in Australia and the end result was an order in August showed up from Shang Hai 3 months later from Ecrafta! And poor quality thin piece of crap.
