Complaint Review: Amendment Arms Inc

I paid for a Joshua MKV rifle about three years ago.  Even visited the manufacturing plant.  Was feeling good trying to give a new company space for start up.  Now they are off the radar.  No answered email or phones.  I have about $1000.00 invested with them for a product and no rifle.  I doubt that I will get one.  Not really wanting to sue since if they have gone under there would be no assets to get and the cost would just add to my loss.  I would like the law to investigate since they did their marketing and payment via the internet and USPS across state lines.  I feel confident that this type of business dealing is illegal.  If I can't get either a rifle or my money I would like to be assured they get there prison time.
