Complaint Review: Ameralift/car lift and sub contractor

I had a salesmen come to our house in ansewer to a news paper ad. He made several promises like a one year warrant and this company stands behind there product, ect. ect..This was fine until seven months later the problems stated, first it was a constain beep, beep, . when I called the company they refered a company called Starlift. Two men came the next day to repair. they tore the lift apart and said the lift was installed wrong and that damage was done during the install to the lift and it was not installed properly naming several tech idiems. I was charged $275 for that call.I then called the home office and they tried to put me off to another guy here locally. That guy would notr contact me, after 3 trys.My lawyer told me it was the parent company to correct the problem not the sub contractor. So here I am with a chairlift that won't work and beeps night and day.. The company name is Ameriagluide, the model is Hrozon. What to do, what to do?????"?
