Complaint Review: Amercian Financial Resources

It is a horrible place to work.  The employees are like robots and are brain washed, everybody keeps their head down at their desk, it felt cult-like in there, so strange. The pay is terrible, the Manager and Supervisors are Tyrants, and the employee benefits are the worst I've seen, extremely expensive medical insurance, no 401k or anything.  They mistreat their employees and make examples of people to keep the others in line. 

They lied to me on the interview and I was so excited to start.  My first day was h*ll and the week turned out even worse, they kept me sitting around doing absolutely nothing.  They refused to let me learn the job until quote, "I was properly trained", which was to be done by some crazy chick that talked so fast, she could have been doing auctions. And then when you asked questions, they didn't like it and took that as that you were an incompetent. 

Totally ridculous bunch of yahoos running this company and even worse, upper management lets these unqualified managers run their company with no say about anything.  It was an awful experience.  Also, their mortgage interest rates are not good and their guidelines are ridiculous, they just want the best qualified and do not allow for any of the FHA leways.  Stay away from this company if you are a client and want a mortgage, go to a REAL bank and if you are looking for a job, stay the heck away from this place!
