Ameri Gas Barbara Nickerson company gave tenant rights to get mail from amerigas with out my consent, over charged me for propane, tells untruths about services, allows managers to lie & treat me very disrespectfully, took funds Commerce City, Colorado

Ms. Nickerson,

 

I am sure you are aware of the situation that has gone on since April 5 2010 from your office here in Juneau.

I called your Juneau office to inquire about propane smells coming from my furnace ( I did not want to call but under the circumstances I had to.)

 

I was told by the Lady answering the phone that they could not do a leak test because I am half full in the tank..I found this to be suspicious, so I asked to talk with Harry, who..already had an attitude when he came to the phone, I explained that if he did not allow it then Amerigas would be liable if there was in fact a leak.

 

He then allowed the leak test but let me know that the charge would not be taken out of the energy assistance monies...I never allowed that issue YOUR company did that on your own accord.

 

Just like when the address was changed from mine to the tenants, with out my consent.

 

Now I am being told that the Tank will be removed when it is empty...I never said this was what I wanted, this is a decision from Randy & Harry I feel. I will not be ready for the tank to be removed until it is filled one more time, which I am requesting from you now to have them fill it in the next few days, Thank you.

 

If the Tank is removed before I ask.. I will have to cause more trouble than ever..I have already talked with an attorney about these issues. This is harassment at its best Ms. Nickerson, and I feel it is due to the wrongs that have been done to me from Amerigas.

 

Randy should have known as a professional when he called me this morning with his harassing tone that he should not have called, as a professional he should have had some one else other than him or Harry to talk with me.

 

I must say your companies attitude has worsened, and it is truly ashame.

 

My attorney and I will be going to Juneau-Ameri-Gas office tomorrow to talk with Harry about this issue of taking the Tank when it is empty.

 

I have been a Long time customer, and truly am embarrassed to have been affiliated with such a deceitful company, you have over charged me with prices, allow your employees to treat the customer Lousy! The drivers here in Juneau for your company are great, I can tell though they fear for their jobs, This is not the attitude your company portrays" Customer First"
