Our company inadvertantly paid one invoice in January 2000. We have received invoices and late notices and final demand notices. Tried contacting to get proof of order to no avail.

I had finally contacted "customer service" at one point and told them I knew what they were about and that I was turning them over to the attorney general. The notices stopped until recently.

4/7/03 received a final notice with a different phone number on it so I called and got none other than the famous "Bobby Drakes" I asked him for a fax number to be able to send some documents to.

Well, I am taking Ms. Lakeland, Florida's advise and bombarding their fax machine with paper, turning them in for real this time and contacting the Attorney General in TEXAS. Maybe Pavlos will end up being banned from working in any state and eventually we can get our money back as in the Vermont situation. But everyone has to do their part.

This has to stop!!!

Dear Concerned Citizen,

That is exactly what we must do! The problem with these guys is that they keep coming back. They are annoying and the Attorney Generals will deal with them if enough of us complain.

Since they "operate" out of Champlain, New York it is important to file a complaint with the NY Attorney General. The beauty of the Vermont settlement was that it shut down his Vermont addresses and got refunds for everybody! New York needs to do the same!

They should be barred from operating from any U.S. addresses they may have created.

Report them to the Postal Authorities for mail fraud.

Working together we can achieve this much desired objective!
