This company is fraudulent in every sense of the word. They send out invoices as solicitations for payment for a advertisement publication. When they call they get names of company personnel and then call back at a later date and say that that person authorized it.

If your accounts payable pays one of their solicitations thinking it is an legitimate invoice, then you are screwed. They will call it a contract, threaten you with collections, and believe me they will call and call and call. They have no physical address, just a p.o. box, and the last time I asked for proof of this authorization to be faxed to me, I was told they didn't have a fax machine. They also claim that every phone call is recorded and someone told them yes over the phone.

I pity any other poor b*****d that gets involved with them. Stay far, far away from these people.
