A man called my house states he was from America Credit Services it was urgent he gets a hold of me.He says you Patti Christopherson your SSS# is your mothers name is.very important we talk, time is very important.I called him, very rude barely speaks English.He told me I took out a loan in April.Yes I was online looking I was denied.Tells me all the cash websites I visited.These are suppose to be secured sites.They have all my banking info personal info.

You should take action to protect yourself from fraud:
1. Change your bank accounts-NOW! Go to your bank and explain the situation and transfer all funds to new accounts immediately!!! Better yet, CHANGE BANKS. These scumbuckets have all the information they need to commit fraud with your banking info. Also, they are very likely to SELL your banking information to others.
2. Contact the 3 credit reporting agencies and request a temporary "fraud alert" be placed on your credit records-possible identity theft.
3. Report this to the FBI IC3-you can do this on their website.

They try to scare you into "Repaying" A loan that never existed. They get info from the web and try to scare the s**t out of you.
Common phrases are
The department of Law and Justice
We'll be at your home with the Police (Name a date)
You are in serious trouble
You or your Lawyer need to contact us Immediately.
All a fraud.
They're calling from India (The Nation) And pretending to be local
Tell them you know it's a scam and they'll threaten and bluster but since they're just scamers they Can't really do anything They invent new name s by whim, this is a new name, but an old scam.
