Ok, I have a cable modem. I have pay for the AOL "Bring You Own Access" plan. When I got my statement for the month, I noticed that there were charges for someone using our AOL account using a dial-up. It didn't take a genius to figure out that someone had somehow stolen one of the passwords from one of the screen names. I called the AOL fraud line. I was on hold for about a half hour.

When the woman Katie anwered, I explained to her what happened. She couldn't have been more rude. She was saying things like "Well, you need to talk to your roomate". Instead of helping me, she turned it around on me like it was my fault that it happened. She made me feel like I was a total bother. AOL is great untill you have a problem. I see that their stocks are down, and they lost alot of revenue. With the way they treat their customers, no wonder.
