America OnLine keeps offering "free months" of internet and when is least expected charges my checking account without authorization.

I regret having gotten the America On Line C.D. and giving my checking account number to the company. What was supposed to be a free trial has end up costing me a lot of money. When I called to cancel the free trial they offered me two or three months of free internet. After those months when I called to cancel, they offered more free months.

This went on for a little more than two years because every time I would call to cancel, more and more free months were offered to me. Since, I've acquired another internet provider sometimes I would forget to cancel and therefore get billed for a service I would seldom use. I still had a week or two of free internet when I decided to cancel the AOL account completely. The AOL employee insisted on me using the rest of my free time but I said no.

Two or three weeks had passed since the cancellation; when again, AOL called my home offering free months of internet. And of course, I did not accept even though the hypocrite woman insisted. After I have cancelled everything with AOL, now they have charged my checking account with 79.99 dollars. It is just sad that a company that prides itself with the best services does not have scrupulous.
