My name is Johnny Stephens. I got one of your Aol disk from a convience store in March of 2003and loaded it into my computer and was able to get online for a week and after that week was not able to connect to Aol for then next 2 weeks. So I called 800-265-1390 and 800-605-4297. spoke to Karla and explained my situiation to her,she said due to you not being able to connect to aol that she will give me 2 months free trail internet service.

I spoke with Karla on 4/3/2003.she then said she will have to talk to her manager she then called me back the same day and said it's ok she could give me 2 months free trail. The next month on 5/27/2003 my checking account was withdrawn $23.90 and a overdraft of $30.00 was deducted as well a total of $53.90.

On 6/10/2003. I spoke with several people from Aol Susan, Kevin, Joey, Roger, and Bob Shaw at 888-265-8008. Bob assured me that he would give me 2 months as of 6/10/2003 2 credits and that he would e-mail me the 2 credits also mail me a copy to my resident I have yet to receive them.

I did receive an email from Roger Wageck but it was not the 2 credits that I was told they would nore was I giving my money back..

Sincerely

Johnny
