After my third attempt to cancel my overpriced dial up service, I was finally able to cancel my account. The first two times they convinced me I could stay on for free for three months at which time I would have to call back and cancel again. Since the cancelation six months ago, I have received a debit on my bank statement for a service I no longer subscribe to. The bank won't remove it without a written cancelation.

I have called AOL repeatedly asking them why they continue to debit my account. Every time I have been told it will stop. I am sick of paying $22.95 for a service that I don't use, and I don't want! I think the CFO needs to be aware of the fraudulent billing that is going on monthly with x-customers.
