Complaint Review: America Online

I have called America Online repeatedly and been told they wre cancelling my service only to hang up on me three times. I then called back, was able to talk to someone who said she indeed cancelled it, only to find out she lied and did not. This happened another time. I finally have a supposed "cancellation verification number", something none of the first four people I spoke with offered me. I have no idea if it is valid or not.

But I am going to be sure they have no access to my bank account. America Online is a fraudulent business that thrives on lies and ripping people off.
