America Online ripoff mistreated fraudulent ripoff business dirty SOB's internet Internet
i have tried since last August to cancel my aol account which is added to my phone bill, which was suppose to be a free trial of aol but ended up costing me $28.90 a month for the service that I didn't want to start with now I can't get rid of this ridiculous service. I have contacted aol about this and they don't seem to know that no means no. Recently my phone bill had 2 months service on one phone bill instead of $28.90 it was $57.80. I would like to express careful use to people who allow aol to be added to their phone bill, that is not to allow them because once they get in they stay in. Is there a law to protect people in this type of situation?
