America Online ripoff try to take money after account was closed Jacksonville Florida
I closed my aol account on February 1st using the information which they provided. In march I called aol to find out why it was being still charged and they had told me the home address didn't match i told them it was because i had moved and i did send them an e-mail with the changed address, I told them that no further charges are to go to that checking account and the aol account is to be closed they said no problem they will note the account and close it. april i got an other bill now my checking account is overdraw due to aol charges i then call and talk with customer service this time they give me a us confirmation number, then in may i received another charge i call and complain but they keep charging me i then found several web sites that people have stating the same trouble with aol. i want what everone wants my account cleared up and some money for the damages they caused me for there incomponent actions.
