Complaint Review: AOL INC.

Recently on AOL's own site on a Tighwads board, members have wrote about AOL's Pricing Plans.

It appears that some members are getting Cheaper Rate Plans when the call.

When I called to get the same cheaper Plan, as many others did , WE were simply told " WE DON"T HAVE THAT PLAN RIGHT NOW ".

The members that said they did get the plan said the called either that day or the day before.

AOL's Billing practices need to be looked into. They are lieing to there members about pricing.

I was even TOLD IF I EVER CANCEL AOL AGAIN, I CAN " NEVER " sign up with them again .

IT is NOT FAIR that some members are getting aol dial up for as low as $9.95 PER MONTH with no committment, and most others have to committ to 6 months or 1 year for higher prices.

On top of that, AOL often has promotions, but DO NOT post them on there online PRICING PLANS. This is not FAIR either.

SOME Members have said they have been paying $23.90 per month for years, and have NEVER got a Lower Price.

AOL needs to start being UPFRONT and FAIR and across the board with their PRICES for internt service, and TEAT THEIR CONSTOMERS RIGHT >

I hope someone with the BALLS WILL EXPOSE AOL FOR WHAT THEY ARRE,
" GEEEDY LIERS " , and theifs .
