 In February of this year i went to this eyewear business for glasses and contacts. I did my one week follow up, which at this appointment was put back in the same contacts I had before coming to America's Best. I called to order contacts almost 2 months later and was told I can't because I didn't complete my one week follow up... which I did. I didn't know I had to go back AGAIN especially since I am in the same prescription, besides..now its 2 months later..lenses are good. I just need a refill. They refused. I filled a complaint, they sided with America's best... surprise!! because i didn't do my one week follow up that I did do. What is the point? it is WAY PAST one week now...the lenses are fine..why can't they just FILL MY PRESCRIPTION? Besides the fact its110 plus outside...i take the bus...2 hours in that kinda heat for a eye doctor to say Ok and write the prescription I am wearing!?! This is ridiculous!! It's like talking to a brick wall...where are the humans with some Basic Common Sense!?!?
