Complaint Review: America's Best Eyes and Conjtacts

America's Best Eyes and Contacts located on Jakson Street in downtown Chicago, Illinois.

This place is awful. You can never get through on the phone. It's like calling your local radio station during a contest. You receive a constant busy signal. If someone does answer they put you on hold for 15 minutes.

When you arrive for your 11:00 a.m. appointment; it isn't until 1:00 p.m. when you finally get to see the doctor. There have been times that I've ordered contact lenses and paid for them. Three days later they call me to tell me my lenses are in. I come in to get them and I still have to wait an hour just to pick up my lenses.

The staff is rude and ignorant. When I informed the manager of my dissatisfaction he response was, "Too bad. If you don't like it, go elsewhere." Then I called their corporate office to report the manager. I spoke with the division manager who said he would take care of this. Then the division manager started harrassing me and crank calling me because he thought I was lying about the situation. Instead of beleiving the customer, he believed his manager. He called me several times. When I would answer my phone he would say things like, "You're a liar." "I'm going to report you to the police for lying on our managers." "It's me again, are you scared yet."

This was unbeleiveable. But I swear to God this is all true. America's Best is the worst place I've ever been to. NEVER go here. Take your business eleswhere. You'll be sorry if you don't. Sometimes you just have to pay more money to get better service.
