America's Best ripoff never received completion report after filing papers three separate times Port Angeles Washington
First of all, let me say that this report is not specifically against America's Best, but instead the one person with whom I have been dealing.
That person is Amanda Dunwoody.
I contacted America's Best so I could complete some real estate follow-up courses that we have to take every two years. I enjoyed the courses, and everyone else at America's Best treated me very professionnally and respectfully.
I received an e-mail message from one of the tech gentlemen stating that they had received all my course work, and that it would be forwarded to the proper place. Then I filled out the last two forms, one stating exactly what courses I had completed, and the other a survey on how America's Best had fared as to my experience.
These were submitted in December. I told my state that the courses were completed, gave them a copy of the e-mail message, and everything was hunky-dory.
Except that I never physically had received a completion certificate.
As summer drew near, I contacted America's Best to let them know of this.
Amanda Dunwoody replied to me that the final two forms had never been received by them. I was surprised, but resubmitted them.
Still, no completion form.
I contacted Amanda again. She stated that they had still not received the survey form, and that I wouldn't get the completion until I did so. This upset me, because I had sent it with the other form, so there was no way they could have received the one form, but not the other. My fax machine told me they had received all the pages.
I attempted to explain this to Amanda.
She sent me an e-mail, all capitalized, that I needed to resubmit the form. I e-mailed her back that I didn't appreciate anyone e-mailing me in all caps. I explained it was like she was shouting at me. I told her it was very rude, and that I couldn't understand how a company could treat someone this way and remain in business.
For the third time, I faxed off the survey. Again, my computer showed that America's Best had received the survey. I received no completion certificate from Amanda.
I see on the site that the person in charge is Susan Davis. Please know that I have never talked with her. I thought Amanda was in charge.
Bottom line is that no one likes to be treated like this!
America's Best sent me a new course I could take on my e-mail. I replied to Amanda that I would never even consider taking a course again from America's Best until they sent me the completion form (and now an apology)
She replied to look over my past e-mail messages, implying that I had still not submitted the required forms.
I ask you why. Why would someone spend countless hours completing seven courses, yet not send in the two final forms, which take a total of ten minutes to fill out?
Whatever Amanda Dunwoody's function with this company, she should send me a sincere apology for not treating a customer with the proper decorum, or she should get into a line of work that doesn't deal with people.
I still like America's Best courses. I just don't believe that Amanda Dunwoody should be involved under the customer service part of it. She certainly takes away from the company in a big way!
