For a brief period this company and owner may have had a stellar reputation but complaints seem to be mounting in recent months.  There may be some unknown explanation but unfortunately you cannot put the toothpaste back in the tube.  Wish there had been more of complaints I'm now finding before I made my purchase.  Here's my story:

I purchased a trailer from this company in late April.  Looking for a new color matched trailer to go with my new bike on a 4K mile trip to Glacier National Park.  The trailer was at least 2 weeks later than initially promised.  Upon receipt the paint job was not only of poor quality but was not a match to the color of my motorcycle for which I paid extra.  It did not include all necessary hardware to connect or other items which were to be included.  I called the company (which you cannot reach directly as all calls goes through answering service first) & was advised on how the lid problem could be resolved, they would send all missing items, & they would either pay for me to have the trailer repainted locally OR take the old one back & get me another one done to my satisfaction.  Any voice communication was difficult as either the answering service didn't relay my full message or that I only wished to speak to owner (Jason Ellis?).  Possible that office just chose to ignore.

I was assured they would make good.  Received missing items & tried lid suggestions but no luck.  It was clear the lid would never seal properly as installed.  I tried running trailer behind my motorcycle & more issues became evident.  The trailer could not be connected/disconnected from motorcycle without 2 people but more seriously, the trailer wobbled at highway speeds.   I relayed this issue by call & e-mail.  At that time I decided (& advised them) I would use an old trailer for my upcoming vacation.  This was in early July.

While on the trip I continued to try communication to work out a resolution.  I was advised to contact a M*** who would be filling in for Jason while he was on leave.  We exchanged more e-mails while I was on the road & I finally did speak to Mark.  We discussed the possibility of resolving the technical issues & I sent some pictures to see if it was possible the incorrect hardware was installed on my trailer.  I said the ordered trailer would never work as there was no way for me to disconnect or reconnect without assistance.   M*** & I spoke of the potential of a trade for one of their two wheeled trailers & was told Jason would be returning soon

I sent further e-mails to both Jason & M*** requesting more discussion on a trade & was still getting a firm commitment from Jason that he had ..full intentions of making right what you need.   I just need a little more time.  That was August 9th.  I sent an e-mail this past Sunday  to which the only reply was from M*** advising me he no longer worked for Jason & to register a complaint with BBB which he would back up.
