I'm a disabled vet who receintly bought a truck from carmart..have not even regestered it yet and it is already smoking and not running right ..when i asked to replace it or get it repaired they said i had already signed the papers and i was stuck with it...they were very rude and unhelpful..please dont go here

That is what "they" usually say to people who buy a vehicle in an "as-is" sale and don't bother to have it checked out by a mechanic first.
If you don't change the way you go about buying a vehicle, it's only a matter of time before this happens again.
