America's Choice Reader 14.65 a month for 2 Magazines, plus a $1,000 shopping spree. Charged me for 5 Magazines and to pay 58.27 a month for 14 months also going to charge me shipping. Then they call hanging up on me continuously After I reported them. Great Falls Montana
I received a phone call stating they were in fact America's Choice Reader. They gave me this deal of 14.65 a month for two magazines and I would receive a $1,000 dollar shopping spree. It sounded good at the time so I gave them are card number. She was talking so fast it was over before it started. After we thought about it we noticed the phone number came up unknown . So we immediately canceled our credit card later to find out they were a scam. We received an envelope in the mail from America's Choice reader.
1- First thing I noticed, Serving readers for 30 years, 1975-2005 were is 2006,07
2- Charged me for 5 Magazines
1- 2yrs, 2-5yrs, 3-1yr, 4-5yrs, 5-4yrs
3- Now instead of 14.67 it's now 58.27 a
month for 14 months. total 874.05
They also stated I would be paying shipping charges.
So I turned the form over to find you can cancel and I can do so by Midnight May/09/07.
That would have been fine except how can you when the envelope is post marked May/07/09 and I did not receive it till May/11/09. What a Joke, One thing I can't stand is a thief.
Not one word of this was mentioned over the phone and when I tried to contact them they would not answer the one phone number that worked. All it stated was call back during business hours in which that was Thurs, Fri, Sat I tried to contact them. So I emailed them through their website demanding them to shut the account down.
It stated and I quote,"Thank you for taking the time to contact us through our website. According to our records your account is not yet a processed order. Please contact our member service Department for new orders at 1-800-288-4941". When I tried to e-mail them through a direct e-mail the e-mail did not exist.
I have now been receiving calls Continuously where you can hear them but they won't talk, every time I say "your busted" they hang up.
Stay away from America's Choice Reader they are a fraud. After reading RIP OFF REPORT It sounds like these people need to be shut down for good.Lynch Mob Justice lol.

I know who they really are and they are based out of Great Falls MT. I know there real names, home phone numbers and how they were pulling this off. Now it's just a matter of time.

They continue to call me, when I asked the lady (Beth} what there physical address was she would not give it to me. I told her, well if your company is legit you should have no problem giving me your address. She replied, I can't give that to you sir. I then asked what are you scared of chicken sh-t, you'll take someone's credit card but won't give a address. I then told her I checked with the cops in Great Falls MT and they have never heard of them. Beth then replied with, we have addresses all over. I said good then give me a physical address to one of them, she still refused. After I continued to interrogate them to death they hung up on me. I called back to keep on them about what kind of operation they were running. Beth answered the phone and this is no joke, told me she didn't remember talking to me. Well anyway I have recorded the last 3 conversations, wrote the attorney general in Great Falls MT also the Governor, contacted the police DEPT, filed a dispute with the bank. I will not quit hunting them down until they are brought to justice.
