Complaint Review: America's Choice Reader

I was called on my cell phone by a company who I was turned into collections to. I asked for what services and it is for America's Choice Reader. I was told I only made 1 payment, out of the 14 I agreed to. I had tried to cancel the services and was unable to.

I have only been receiving 1 magazine, which I thought was paid for. I have not received an invoice in a very long time, nor have I recieved the other magazines that were listed by the collection agent.
