I did not read this report before I went there... I will always check ripoffreport.com first in future...

Marc is right... I decided to respond to this complaint because here it is a year later and even tho I didn't meet Marcos there was new managers there that acted the same way...

I told the manager on duty that I was having problems closing the deal without lying and he took me into a side office alone and proceeded to verbally badger me and emotionally tortured me for an hour... he then fired me and escorted me out of the building with a scary attitude...

It's like a year later and none of the authorities have caught on to this situation????  This is unacceptable... where is our protection???

They are telemarketing people who need health insurance... Where is the Insurance Regulations??? Who is protecting these poor people?

I quit!  I was there for about 4 hours telemarketing and realized it was not a good situation...

What is up with this Non refundable fee??? Where is the States regulations for buyers remorse??? Where is our protection???

What about my labor rights to work??? Where is our protection??? He didn't even pay me for the 2 days I worked...

It must take thousands of complaints before the proper authorities will do anything... and I am just one person.

I wanted to list this so YOU don't have to go through the same crap I went through...and actually think it is a worth while job...

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Fri, April 23, 2010

I am an ex-employee who relocated recently and moved away. I replied to the only other complaint for AHB online. I cannot speak to this partiulcar person, who remembers someone who worked 4 hours. however after a good employment with ahb and no witnessing of any of the things this individual is talking about. I can only say that it sounds like a set up. It is common to send people into large sales offices to create issues at the urging of past employees who felt wronged. Its actually a little known problem with-in large corporations. In this case it would appear, especially since the person references the original complainant by first name as though they are friends. I would have to say this whole report is a rip off.
